Viering comes from the Huntington Learning Center Franchise System where she held positions as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Customer Engagement. In her seven years as Vice President of Sales, Viering led franchise development in revamping the franchise model, awarding 133 new franchise locations and facilitating the transfers of 113 existing franchise locations.
