We have over 100 years combined experience of our executive management team with the Junk Works brand. Over 90 percent of all customer call activity is filtered through our centralized call center so that our franchisees don’t have to worry about being available 24/7 to pick up the phone. We also understand the importance of having a bilingual staff. Our call center is equipped to handle conversations in both English and French to ensure the customer experience is top notch for all.
